The show must go on at the Emerald Inn…

Reagan has tried to keep a happy face throughout the filming of her best friend’s reality TV wedding, even with a stressed out fiancΓ© who can’t seem to play nice. But when the bride’s long lost brother shows up after ten years, Reagan starts to wonder whether or not she truly has everything she’s ever wanted.

Milo has waited a long time to be reunited with his family, but when he finally makes his big appearance, not everyone seems thrilled to see him. He knows he should make amends with his sisters, but he also feels an overwhelming need to protect Reagan from her terrible fiancΓ©.

When attraction starts growing between Reagan and Milo, will they be able to separate themselves from the drama of reality TV and see things clearly? Or will their forbidden feelings ruin the show for everyone?

Catch the final episode of Wedding Games and see how it all ends!

It was the most romantic setting she’d ever seen. And she wasn’t thinking about Harry.

Before I get into my review, I just want to say that the "Wedding Games" series should be read in order!!! Trust. Me.

there's really no option here. #justsaying

Okay, so I know that the book isn't a novella or a novelette, BUT being that it's the last book of the series...I really don't want to spoil anything!! So, I'm going to try my best not to. 😬

I HAVE to share my favorite lines/quotes though. And, well, you can't stop me.

where my star wars fans at???

She frowned. It didn’t make sense. “Why do you care?”

Milo opened his mouth and then snapped it shut.

Reagan’s heart was beating a mile a minute. “Milo, why do you care?” The question came out in a shaky whisper this time instead of a stern inquiry.

πŸ“–

Sienna gasped. “Excuse me? You did not just speak to my sister that way.”

LITERALLY one of my favorite lines, lol. 🀣

πŸ“–

She relaxed against him and found comfort with his arms surrounding her. “Have you started thinking about what you want?”

He rested his head on top of hers. “I have.”

πŸ“–

“I know you want to help. I know you want to make up for all the time you were away, and it’s hard to see someone you care about struggling. But this is her fight to figure out.”

πŸ“–

A glance at his face gave her the answer. She had never felt safer with anyone in her life. And that scared the living daylights out of her.

y'all know how much i love sharing my favorite parts! 😍

The Bridesmaid and Her Surprise Love was about so much more than just two people falling in love. It was a story about forgiveness, healing, growth, and what's truly important in life.

Don't worry though! There was definitely a HEA for Reagan and Milo, one that they both deserved after everything that happened. (I'll end up spoiling it if I say anything else, lol. Just trust me.) πŸ’•

As far as content goes: I think there was one curse word, but other than that, there wasn't any "actual" language. (Everyone does have different preferences and viewpoints on what counts as profanity though.) Unhealthy relationships were portrayed and discussed...plus there was also some mild innuendo/suggestive comments, but nothing too extreme.

All in all, this was SUCH a fun series. Despite the more serious themes, I was still able to swoon and smile on multiple different occasions. Also, I just really want to give a big shout-out to Kayla and Daphne for the HUGE amount of creativity they put into this series. While reading the books, I truly felt like I was in another world. πŸ‘πŸ’—

It’s take two for these college BFFs.

The last person Austin Mariani expected to see when he showed up to work on the set of Wedding Games was Harper Hudson, the perfect girl he let get away. Now he’s putting his career—and his heart—on the line by sneaking around to help find a runaway bride.

Harper has spent years rebuilding her life in Wellspring after taking a chance at love in college and striking out. With a successful bakery downtown, she finally feels like her life is falling into place—until her sister disappears in the middle of filming a reality wedding show. Now the only person she can go to is the same guy who broke her heart four years ago.

When Austin and Harper’s search drags them all over Wellspring, long-lost feelings resurface. Can Austin and Harper rekindle the relationship they once had? Or is the pain too deep to recover?

Tune into Wedding Games to find out!

No, what he wanted to do was pull Harper into his arms and kiss her like crazy.

Swoon. Sigh. Repeat. This book was one of my mosttttttt anticipated reads, and it did not disappoint!!

i really fell in love with it, y'all.

I loved the bickering moments between Harper and Austin. The awkward moments. The tender moments. All the moments, really. They were just sooooo good together! I also loved how Austin needed a plan for everything, I'm not always like that...but I tend to feel the same way as he did. On the other hand, I could also relate to Harper's clutter. πŸ˜‰

Oh! Even though I don't want to give any spoilers, I have to mention one of my favorite parts, so let me just say this: CABIN. That's it.

love. this. movie.

Another thing I want to mention, is that I was actually caught by surprise with how something played out in the book. Normally, I tend to predict a lot of things and end up being right (which can be fun, but also a little frustrating), so it was nice that I didn't realize what was going on ahead of time. Gosh, I hope that made sense. πŸ™„

Am I done yet? Nope. I still need to share some quotes/lines! 😏

“I guess you don’t need me, do you?” “Don’t say that,” she said, so softly he wasn’t sure he’d heard her right. But his heart nearly burst anyway.

πŸ“–

“Good.” Sienna leaned in and kissed her cheek. “I love you. I’m sorry that this Austin guy is such a jerk. You’re gorgeous and amazing. And until you find a guy who can appreciate you, and won’t lie to you, don’t settle.”

πŸ“–

The tightness in her chest loosened a bit at the calm smile on his face. Austin would fix this. He could fix anything. Just not her broken heart, unfortunately.

πŸ“–

How had he watched her bake treat after treat in college and not realized how undeniably attractive she was when she was baking. Or taste-testing.

πŸ“–

Also, even though it may seem weird to share the book's dedication, I just have to! It's too sweet!!

this is for Elle because she really is a superhero, and she can’t edit this out because we added it after she proofread

shout-out to those that know where this gif is from!

As far as content goes: CLEAN! Meaning that there wasn't any "actual" language, (everyone does have different preferences and viewpoints on what counts as profanity though).

So yeah, I loved this book. And the book cover. (But if you follow me on social media, then you already knew that. 😍)

I do want to say that even though Austin and Harper got their HEA, the book does end with a cliffhanger feel…but that’s only to set the scene for the next book, understandably. Just make sure you read the final book (like I'm going to), and you should be good to go!! πŸ˜‰ πŸ’•
